Health plans which we accept:

We accept the following insurances: United Health Care, AETNA and
Cigna. We will happily check your insurance coverage for Acupuncture and Manual Therapy benefits. If you have insurance coverage for acupuncture, we will bill your insurance as part of our services.

If you do not have acupuncture insurance coverage, we offer discounted pre-paid packages to those that are under-insured.

Acupuncture and herbs are also covered by most FSA & HSA accounts. A credit card is required to book an appointment. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment or late cancel, you will be charged the full cancellation fee. Please read our detailed cancellation policy below.

Services Cancellation Policy:

CATALEYA WELLNESS has a 24-hour Cancellation Policy. We cordially request that all cancellations be made no later than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. We will gladly accommodate if the request is made in advance, however last minute cancellations cannot be refunded or used as credit. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a 50% cancellation fee applied to your credit card or package on file. In case of a no-show or late cancel (within 12 hours of scheduled appointment time) you will be charged in full, 100% of cost of service. We thank you for your understanding.

Please remember that arriving on time for your treatment is important. Arriving late may result in a shorter appointment to avoid penalizing the clients who are booked after you. Clients who are over 20 minutes late for their appointment time will be asked to reschedule and charged a 100% cancellation fee.
Please note that all packages and gift cards expire six months from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified in the package description.
Birth Doula Cancellation Policy - If we are unable to attend your birth due to our error, you will not be charged and we will refund the retainer fee. If it is due to circumstance beyond anyone’s control or due to your failure to call us, we will keep the retaining fee but there will be no further charges.
